August 2023 Monitoring App Issues
Home Smart Energy are aware that the ‘SOLARMAN 2.0’ mobile monitoring app that many of our customers utilise is no longer functional and not showing the information it used to. The app developers regrettably provided short notice to this change which has rightfully caused many customers to contact us to resolve this issue.
Customers are now advised to download the ‘SOLARMAN SMART’ mobile monitoring app from your native app/play store, and to log into this new platform using the same login credentials used to log into the previous monitoring tool. If you do not know, or have forgotten your previous login information, please email tsa@homesmartenergy.co.uk with your customer reference number. A member of the Technical Support Team will get back to you promptly.
